    You would need to find out what is missing- Spark, fuel pressure, fuel injector pulsing. Check for spark at the end of a few sprak plug wires, use a fuel pressure gauge to check for proper pressure, use a "Noid" light to check fuel injector pulse signal. Which ever one is missing, then further diagnosis of that system is needed.
