2006 Jeep Liberty Engine Block Heater Broken

2006 Jeep Liberty Engine Size: 3.7L V-6cyl.
Question Here: I snapped the plug in cord for the block warmer, is this replaceable and if so where to have it done and a price quote I can expect, please and thank you.

Answer: Yes, the cord to the engine block heater on your Jeep can be replaced seprately. This would need to be purchased at the dealer. Just go under the truck, follow the cable to the heater element in the block, and unplug it. Then re-install the new one running it along the same path as the original, making sure to not have it rubbing on anything. I believe the cord costs approx. $30. If you have a mechanic do it, expect to pay 1 hour labor rate.
