1996 Dodge Neon. 2.4 DOHC.
Question : i need to increase the rev limit. i would buy a new ecu but i cant find one for my Neon it only has one plug in to it when the ones u can buy have 2.

Answer: The ECM, or also known as the PCM, for your Dodge Neon should have two electrical plugs. You may not be looking at the right module on your car.  Even if you do replace the the computer with another one, it will still have a rev limiter in it. There are aftermarket companies that can sell you a re-manufactured unit with the limiter software removed, or you can have yours reprogrammed.
