There are a few things that might have happened.
1.Something in the steering column broke
2.The intermediate steering shaft broke. That is what connects the lower steering column to the gear box. It is located under the hood, just below the brake booster.
3.Something broke in the gear box
4.The pitman arm broke. This is under the truck and connects the gear box to the center link and tie rods.
You will need to have someone turning the steering wheel back and forth while you look at these items to see what is not moving.
Do not turn the wheel all the way to one side or you will break a part in the column for the airbag system.

You are going to need to drill out that bolt.

How do I get the small door on My F350 supercab open, so that I can take it apart to repair it?

If the handle is broken, you will need to remove the inner panel from inside the truck. You may end up cracking it, but you don't have much choice.
